Thank you for attending an amazing IMSH 2025!! Below are instructions to access your IMSH 2025 transcript, complete your session evaluations and receive your Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) certificate.

IPCE Credit Instructions:

• Please put in your badge number - this number can be found on your badge and on your registration receipt as the 'receipt number'
• Click on 'select sessions to evaluate'
• Ensure all the sessions you scanned into on-site at IMSH 2025 are showing up
• Any sessions you have missing, please email education@ssih.org
• Once all your sessions are correct, please follow the instructions on the 'sessions evaluation' page
• After completing all course evaluations, please return to the main page and select 'view & print' to view and download your IPCE certificate
