Course Overview:
There can be specific considerations in collaborating with older simulated patients (SPs), related to physiological changes associated with normal aging. In this workshop, we will draw on theory, evidence, and our experiences to explore how to collaborate with older SPs in a safe and effective manner. Activities include a large group presentation, small group activities, a fish-bowl simulation and opportunities for reflection and discussion.
