The Veterans Health Administration, the largest healthcare organization in the Nation, developed a standardized robust mock code program to roll out to 144 healthcare facilities. Developing a robust Mock Code Training Program allows facilities an opportunity to proactively identify and mitigate these gaps associated with personnel, equipment, environment or the overall system.
