Psychological safety problems in simulation-based education are often rooted in interactions with others. Since most educational settings involve a multitude of participants (e.g., learners, standardized patients), we also need to consider cultural factors that can make our efforts to optimize psychological safety more complex. In this workshop we will explore strategies to identify and manage these intricate connections.
