Content Category: Administrator
Course Content:
This course focuses on a detailed aspect of the topic.
Course Overview:
As sim continues to experience explosive growth, program leaders often struggle to articulate a convincing need for more staffing. Given a lack of established protocols for measuring capacity, three sim centers have defined and developed a successful process to quantify staffing capacity and productivity through data collection and effective story-telling. Worksheets will be provided to assist learners in completing their own capacity analysis.
