Jump into a pool of reflection with us! This workshop will teach educators who use experiential learning, including mentoring and simulation, strategies for using reflection to process feedback, debriefing, and difficult conversations. We will explore the utility of reflection and give instruction in writing process notes, a reflective practice that allows iterative cycles of observation, analysis, and insight after an encounter has occurred.
