Psychological factors can be significant barriers to healthcare provider performance and patient safety. Mental skills are psychological strategies that, when implemented during simulation training, may enhance healthcare providers’ performance in challenging situations and help reduce burnout over time. A primary objective for this workshop will be active learning of mental skills.
