Course Overview:
The Pacific Northwest was the first region hit with COVID-19, We share lessons learned at Swedish Health Services,a large multicampus system in Seatle, where we used on site, multidisciplinary simulation to develop, refine and test policies and procedures for caring for patients with COVID-19. We will share deployment strategies, solutions to challenges, and best practices for using simulation as a rapid response tool for process improvement.
