What does it take to successfully execute research at a busy simulation center? In a Mortality & Morbidity panel, we will look behind-the-scenes to share the good, the bad and the ugly truths of implementing research. Using an example of a funded research project from start to finish, we will share challenges and lessons learned from several perspectives: administrative/operations director, frontline simulation specialist, and co-investigator.
