Prebriefing has been recognized as an important component of simulation learning for orientation and setting the tone during the simulation, however, strategies to prepare students for the content of the simulated scenario remain understudied. A prebriefing strategy (Know: Do: Teach) will be demonstrated along with an example of how it can be used with undergraduate nursing students to understand the role of the community health nurse.
