Applying the Model (Translating Evidence into Practice) into Simulation to Improve Healthcare Outcomes (1090-002361) (Developmental Research Projects: Resuscitation, Clinical Outcomes, Cultural Fluency (By Invitation Only))
Start time: Thursday, February 4, 2021, 3:00 PM End time: Thursday, February 4, 2021 Session Type: Research Study Development and Presentation Program Abstracts Cost: $0.00
Content Category: Researcher
Hypothesis:
This research will tackle the question Can simulation-based practices design a prototype for possible interventions that might lead to improvement in reducing healthcare adverse events using the TRIP Model as a guideline?
Methods:
Methods The simulation is conducted at a simulation center with the availability of high and low fidelity Mankins, Virtual Reality options, standardized patients, and hospital-based settings. 1- Determine applicable interventions. 2- Form a Multidisciplinary team: a group of specialists that are engaged in the process of applying the TRIP Model ( Figure 1 ) for improvement into simulation: Healthcare providers, Simulation specialist and Quality specialist 3- Follow the TRIP Model as shown in Figure 2 ( Suggested Model )
Anticipated Results:
The results will be collected after each cycle of application at two points as follows: 1- Simulation-based related data (Data A) – as shown in Figure 2 2- Hospital-setting related data after Implementing the” four E” (Data B)- as shown in figure 2

Had special training on Basic and Advanced Moulage Techniques from by the UK Experts from Trauma FX
on Casualty Moulage in Dubai in Feb 2014 .My vision is to support and develop multidisciplinary and
medical education Training programs incorporating simulation , this is after gaining 20 years of
experience in coordination and management of the Postgraduate Medical Education events . My Major
Interest is in Multi- Disciplinary Health care Simulation Training activities and to build high performance
simulation teams in providing a productive and Realistic learning environment and embrace new
methodologies .
