Course Overview:
As simulation breaks the old paradigm of “see-one, do-one, teach-one”, so does the importance of effective change management. This presentation will provide participants an overview of Lewin’s change management theory, the importance of stakeholder buy-in, mechanisms to identify key stakeholders, and effective ways to speak to different stakeholders about the importance of simulation. This will be done via a workshop, learner-focused design.
