Course Overview:
This course will walk learners through the strategies used by 3 different Standardized Patients (SP) programs across the United States to successfully recruit, interview, onboard, and train SPs. Learners will have the opportunity to explore all aspects of the SP hiring process through interactive encounters. Learners will leave with documents and ideas to implement at their home facilities that can improve their hiring process.
