This course is a general overview of the topic.
Course Overview:
During this course faculty will describe developing a community of deliberate practice to improve their debriefing skills, including of difficult learners. Using their own examples, they will introduce concepts for debriefing difficult learners, including engaging the disengaged, handling the emotional learner and dealing with self-critical or overconfident learners. Participants are encouraged to bring their own examples for focused instruction.
