As simulationists, we know that developing a simulation-based educational program requieres an holistic and multidisciplinary vision from its conception, also to be creative and innovative to affront nowadays challenges. This workshop will provide a comprehensive interprofessional view from clinical and non-clinical fields to develop and manage different programs determined from different needs.
