Course Overview:
During this workshop, participants will examine a case study of a hospital-based simulation center whose main learners are community members participating in pipeline programs exposing them to healthcare careers and focused primarily on high school students of color. Learners will compare & contrast curriculum for different pipeline users and create a SWOT analysis of implementing community training at their own centers.
