Course Overview:
Just-in-time training is often used for emergent type of educational experiences, the skill focus during this training revolved around caring for patients with COVID-19 diagnosis. The main focus of the just in time training was the emergent set-up of a ventilator by the Nursing team in the event a Respiratory Therapist (RT) wasn’t available. Historically this skill is usually completed by the RT.
