Course Overview:
At the University of Delaware, a three-credit course started in 2009 provides the sim center with a low budget option to recruit simulated participants. Students across the university enroll in this interprofessional course to learn about the essentials of SP methodology. These SPs receive course credit to participate as simulated participants and family members in simulations at the university and local hospitals.

In 2014 I was hired to be the SP educator in the school of nursing at the University of Delaware. I have worked intensely with case development, hybrid simulation, and training SP's.
