In this presentation, we will discuss how virtual simulation was utilized to test the usability of a resource allocation protocol (RAP) and to provide training to leadership during the COVID pandemic. We will further present how the inclusion of a communication simulation demonstrated the impact of scarce resource decision making on providers, patients, and families.
