This presentation will discuss a virtual training program developed with “standardized families” to facilitate simulation training and practice opportunity for difficult COVID conversations by the healthcare team. This training initiative was conducted with the objectives to both provide an opportunity for clinical communication maximization but also as well as a strategy to reduce provider stress and discomfort with such sensitive conversations.
