Co-Presenter: Erin Baker, BA, MS, NAWCTSD About the co-presenter: Mrs. Erin Baker has a background in Industrial/Organizational psychology and project management and has focused on applying this knowledge to medical research and applications at Design Interactive. She has a B.S in Psychology and a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Over the past 7 years, Erin has led numerous R&D efforts in the areas of healthcare, user/customer needs analysis, and training assessment and development in support of the Army, Air Force, Navy, and Veteran’s Benefit Administration. Mrs. Baker’s most recent work has focused on development of EHR-based predictive analytics to prevent physician skill degradation, inter-professional team communication training for medical teams, and research on cyber sickness induced by virtual and augmented reality platforms.
