Co-Presenter: W Bosseau Murray, MBChB, MD, Lebanon VA Medical Center About the co-presenter: W Bosseau Murray MD, is an anesthesiologist at Lebanon VA Medical Center, Lebanon, PA. He has 30+ years clinical experience (South Africa, Great Britain and America.) He has 16 years experience teaching in the Clinical Simulation Center at Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, Hershey, PA. He is author of 95+ peer reviewed papers, many on simulation for health-care education. He is co-author (with Richard Kyle) of the book: Clinical Simulation: Operations, Management and Engineering.
