The International Network for Simulation-based Pediatric Innovation, Research, and Education (INSPIRE) exists to encourage rigorous scholarship in the field of pediatric simulation, and to assist young researchers in the development and implementation of their ideas. During this session, participants from across the world will present brief overviews of proposed research projects followed by extensive mentored discussion intended to shape and promote their work. Recipients of recent INSPIRE research awards will also share their current and ongoing work. The session will end with an engaging large-group discussion designed to enhance attendee’s research skills and promote long-term network projects. Throughout the INSPIRE meeting, career-enhancing networking between researchers will be encouraged.
